SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 16h of each working day are shipped the same day if there are no unforeseen events in stock.
The final shipping costs are reflected when you add the delivery address in the final checkout process and that is where you will find them updated.
We will provide tracking information whenever possible so that the customer can know the status of their order.
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, Vinilos.com assumes no responsibility when the delivery can not be made as a result of the data provided are not correct, are inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is wrong or the recipient subsequently changed, the cost of forwarding will be 8.95 € on the mainland and 15 € in the case of the Balearic Islands and will be borne by the customer.
In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, Vinilos.com assumes no responsibility and upon request of the customer will indicate by which transport agency has been issued and the customer may coordinate the collection of the package with the carrier. It is up to Vinilos.com the choice of the carrier at all times.
Delivery in public buildings or companies: Deliveries in hospitals, hotels, public agencies, companies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, will be delivered at the reception, or similar place, provided that it was not possible to hand delivery to the recipient. In this case, an attempt will be made to collect the signature of the receptionist or similar, and the order will be considered as delivered, not assuming any responsibility derived from the moment after delivery. In order to achieve a more effective delivery of your order, we need you to make sure you provide us with as much information as possible such as apartment name, room number, floor number, full name of the recipient.
RETURN POLICY
Returning an item: when you receive your order you have up to 14 days to return it, without any reason. Personalized items are non-returnable.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, the cost of collection will be at the customer's expense. In case of ordering the service to Vinilos.com the cost will be 8,95€ and 15€ in the case of Balearic Islands.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging or similar. Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouses and after checking the status of it will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer.
The return of defective products and erroneous shipments is allowed, being Vinilos.com who takes charge of the shipping costs as long as the customer communicates this circumstance within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment. In these cases the shipping costs will be refundable.
